Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receipt of delivery to a return or exchange your item(s). Items must be postmarked within 14 days to be accepted for a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original condition. Once the item is received, your exchange will be shipped out or a STORE CREDIT for the amount will be issued. Store credit will expire after 180 days. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. At that time a member of our staff can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase so please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Non-Returnable items
Items labeled FINAL SALE, LAST ONE, Accessories or Gift Card sales cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
